China's consumer price index (CPI), a main gauge of inflation, rose 1.5 percent year on year in March, the fastest pace in three months, driven by the rising cost of global commodities as well as epidemic outbreaks, data from the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) showed Monday. The price of vegetables rose 17.2 percent, while prices of gasoline and diesel rose 24.6 and 26.9 percent year on year. China’s largest question-and-answer website operator Zhihu has announced the launch of a dual primary listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, becoming the first Chinese internet company to return to Hong Kong with such practice.
